EAI analyzes public evaluation and perception of government, corporations, civic organizations, and media that drive Korea. This is because 21st-century democracy operates as a governance system where not only the state but also corporations, civic organizations, and media that constitute society participate in the policy-making process. Through periodic national governance evaluation public opinion surveys and surveys on the influence and trustworthiness of powerful institutions, EAI aims to understand Korea's governance structure and contribute to setting a direction toward a more efficient democratic system by tracking public perception.
