EAI analyzes public evaluations and perceptions of government, corporations, civic organizations, and media that drive Korea. This is because 21st-century democracy operates as a governance system where not only the state but also corporations, civic organizations, and media that constitute society participate in policy-making processes. Through periodic national governance evaluation surveys and surveys on the influence and trustworthiness of powerful institutions, EAI aims to understand Korea's governance structure and contribute to setting a direction toward a more efficient democratic system by tracking public perceptions.
