The Rebirth of Modern Korea: The Park Era

The <Park Chung-hee Era> project, jointly conducted by the East Asia Institute (EAI) and the Harvard University Asia Center, is the first series in EAI's Korean Political History Research. The objective of this research is to establish an analytical framework that possesses logical consistency regarding Korea's political economy and integrates history with theory. To share the research findings in an international academic exchange forum, the writing team for the <Park Chung-hee Era> participated in two programs at the annual meeting of the American Political Science Association. One team formed a panel for the conference hosted by the Association of Korea Political Studies in North America (AKPSNA). The program schedule is as attached.
