Conference on System Restructuring in East Asia Program Schedule

EAI, in collaboration with the Asia/Pacific Research Center at Stanford University, held an international conference on the restructuring of economic systems in East Asia from June 22 to 24, 2006. The purpose of this study was to analyze corporate restructuring by comparing the cases of South Korea, China, and Japan, and to examine whether corporate restructuring actually signifies the restructuring of the economic system. The papers presented at the conference are scheduled to be published in an English monograph. The program is as shown in the attached table.
