[Summary] Shifting Terrain

Overview

The East Asia Institute (EAI) is publishing a summary of papers presented at an international seminar co-hosted with the East-West Center at the University of Hawaii and The Asia Foundation. The seminar addressed the relationship between US military forces stationed in the Asia-Pacific region and the surrounding local governments and civil societies. A general overview of the international seminar is provided below.
