[KF Korea Workshop] Field Trip to the War Memorial of Korea

The East Asia Institute (EAI), in collaboration with the Korea Foundation (KF), is organizing the [KF Korea Workshop] to enhance understanding and foster empathy towards Korea among foreign residents in Korea.


On Saturday, July 14th, a field trip program for the KF Korea Workshop was held at the War Memorial of Korea. Participants visited the War Memorial of Korea to learn about the history of the Korean War and the Imjin War. Through experiencing and touring the Korean War exhibition hall, they learned about the Korean War and modern Korean history. Furthermore, they attended a lecture on the international dynamics of the mid-Joseon Dynasty and the Joseon navy at the time through the 'Imjin War' educational program and a model turtle ship building experience.
