[The 6th Korea-Japan Future Dialogue: Key Points]

The East Asia Institute (EAI), in collaboration with the Genron NPO of the Korea Foundation for Advanced Education, hosted the 6th Korea-Japan Future Dialogue on June 22-23 at the Korea Foundation for Advanced Education. The Korea-Japan Future Dialogue serves as a platform for private sector representatives from both countries to broaden mutual understanding and cooperation, build consensus on key issues, and shape a desirable future relationship between Korea and Japan. This year's dialogue focused on the historical issues that both nations must overcome, as well as cooperative tasks for building peace and driving prosperity in the Northeast Asian region, based on public opinion surveys conducted among the citizens of both countries.
