SBS-EAI Co-production Special: "Welcome to the North-South Youth Unification Experiment" Trailer

The first outcome of the 1-2 year research of the "North-South Korean Integration Plan 4-Year Study" (2014-2017), co-produced by SBS and EAI, will be broadcast on Sunday, August 9th at 11:10 PM. This program, narrated by singer Jang Ki-ha, diagnoses that the existing images of North Korea and defectors shown on TV and in the media have been largely focused on the "Arduous March period," failing to adequately reflect the changes in North Korea since then. This program seeks to explore the expansion of North Korean markets, centered on the "North Korean Jangmadang" (marketplace), and the perceptual differences between North and South Korean societies through a marketplace experiment involving North and South Korean youth.
