The East Asia Institute (EAI) is holding the [2012 EAI Great Lectures in Social Sciences] to disseminate high-quality knowledge accumulated over a long period by EAI Chairman Ha Young-sun (former Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Seoul National University), who represents South Korea's social science community, to the contemporary public. This lecture series will be held for a total of 8 sessions from September 20 to November 14, with the theme "Historical Transformation of the East Asian Order: From Tianxia to Complexity."
