The 20th EAI Global Net 21 Forum: Lecture by Robert Joseph, Former U.S. Under Secretary of State

On Monday, March 28, EAI hosted the 20th EAI Global Net 21 Forum, inviting Ambassador Robert Joseph to speak on the topic, "The Global Nonproliferation Regime and the Significance of Korean Peninsula Denuclearization." Ambassador Joseph recently served as the U.S. Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, and from 2001 to 2004, he was a Special Advisor and Senior Director for Proliferation Strategy, Counterproliferation, and Homeland Defense at the National Security Council (NSC). He is an expert on arms control and nonproliferation.
