EAI, with the support of Pyeongtaek City, held a keynote lecture on "New Era, New Korea-US alliance" at the Orchid Room of the Chosun Hotel on July 3, 2008, at 10 AM. Jack D. Crouch, former Deputy Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs at the White House, and General Kim Hee-sang, former Defense Secretary to the President, delivered lectures, with Professor Jae-sung Lee of Seoul National University moderating the session.
