Editor's Note

This book is based on analysis of the results of an on-line survey conducted with about 2000 experts enrolled in Issue Today on November 2002. 253 persons responded. They included professors, researchers with doctorate, executives in companies, members of parties, journalists, and high-ranking officials. The EAI team adopted an in-depth research method in which expert respondents answered multiple-choice questions and appended 100~300 comments. Through survey research, the research team endeavored to evaluate the Kim Dae-Jung government and the presidential candidates in the 2002 presidential election, and to clarify the tasks of the next Administration.
