全承成（チェ・ソソン）は、東アジア研究所アジア安全保障研究センター長を務める。ソウル大学政治学・国際関係学科教授であり、ソウル大学国際関係研究所所長でもある。また、韓国外交部および統一部の諮問委員も務めている。ソウル大学で学士号および修士号を取得し、ノースウェスタン大学で国際関係学の博士号を取得した。研究分野は、国際関係、安全保障研究、韓国の外交政策、東アジアの安全保障関係などである。最近の出版物には、『Politics Moral? Reinhold Niebuhr’s Transcendental Realism』（2012年）、『Theory of East Asian International Relations』（2011年）、および「The Rise of New Powers and the Responding Strategies of Other Countries」（2008年）がある。Politics Moral?
